Who will be caring for my cat(s) while I am away?

I will personally be caring for your cat(s). so they will not need to adjust to different sitters with each visit.


How will I know my Cat has been cared for during each visit?

        I will be providing you with an email summary with pictures and videos after each visit. Included in each summary will be bullet points of what had been completed during visit. If you prefer a text just let me know, I will accommodate.


Do you live close to me?

 I live in the Gowanus area and make house calls to the surrounding neighborhoods. Neighborhoods would include Gowanus, Park Slope, South Slope, Greenwood Heights, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens & Part of Windsor Terrace. 


What are your visiting hours?

My house calls begin at 9 am and the last call is 6 pm. Monday - Friday

9 am - 6 pm Saturday

10 am - 6 pm Sunday

My mission is to ensure my clients are happy with time slots. 

What is the time frame for each visit? 

Each visit will be between 20 to 30 minutes

*Time frames are dependent on day scheduling and logistics between you and other cat clients.


Can I schedule 2 visits a day?

*Due to the current high volume of bookings~ I can only accommodate 1 visit per day, per client.

The only exceptions will be on NON-Holiday visits for kitties under 6 months  & kitties that require AM &/or PM medication.

2x a day Visits will be 4 - 6 hours apart  

If your kitty is on a wet food-only diet 2x a day, I do have a workaround option to keep them on schedule and well-fed..


Can I request a specific around time of day for visits?

Yes, you can request a specific time of day and I will accommodate within a 2 hr time frame. 

*Time frames are dependent on day scheduling and logistics between you and other cat clients.

AM  visits can be between 9 AM - 12 PM / PM visits can be between 3 PM - 6 PM

Can I schedule an introduction to learn more about your service? Is it free?

Yes, you can schedule an introduction by clicking 'Schedule an Introduction' on this site's home page. Introductions are free and are required before scheduling kitty visits.

This would benefit both of us. It will also allow me to introduce myself to your kitty if you choose to hire me.

     My goal is to make your kitty relaxed with each visit and for you to be at ease knowing I will do my best in caring for your

best friend.  


How much advanced notice do you require to book? 

As much or as little notice to book. I understand that last-minute getaways or emergencies are a part of life. 

How much advanced notice do you require to cancel? 

The sooner the better. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your 1st scheduled visit is to take place, you will be subject to a charge of half the total # of visits.

*All Holidays would require a 48 hour advance notice of cancellation..

** Rebooking's will not be subject to a cancellation charge.. You will be required to submit new dates upon rebooking request.

What form of payment do you accept & when is payment due?

Payment is due on the first visit.

I accept cash or Zelle. 

Do you charge extra for weekends?

No, my fee is the same flat rate of $30.00 a visit. (Except Holiday weekends ~ add 5.00)

Do you charge extra for Holidays? 

Yes, An added $5.00 per visit will be applied for all Major Holidays ~ Holiday Week & Weekends.

Holidays are:: 

Christmas to New Years Holiday Week 12/23/22 - 1/02/23 

 Martin Luther King Day Weekend 1/14/23 -  01/16/23, Presidents Day Weekend 2/18/23-2/20/23,

Easter Sunday Weekend  4/07/23, - 4/10/23 Memorial Day Weekend 5/26/23-5/29/23, July 4th Weekend 7/1/23-7/5/23

                 Labor Day Weekend 9/2/23 - 9/4/23, Columbus Day Weekend 10/7/23-10/9/23, 

                         Thanksgiving Weekend 11/23/23-11/27/23, 

Due to the high volume of bookings for the holiday week/ weekends, I can only accommodate 1 visit per day per client.

*Please be aware, Cancelations within 48 hours of 1st visit will incur a cancelation charge.

Do you have a vet to call on in an emergency if mine is unavailable?

Yes, My go-to Emergency Veterinarian Hospital is VERG located on 196 4th Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11215.

*Veterinarian Registration Form is required to be filled out by you noting your primary Veterinarian and Emergency Veterinarian Hospital

if you wish not to use VERG   

Will you take pets that are not spayed or neutered?

What are your Key Arrangements?

It is up to you. Choices are:

Retrieve and drop off keys after service is completed. 

Hold until you want them back.

Pick up and drop off with your Concierge upon every visit. (Please have me in the system so the concierge is aware).

Lockbox retrieval (Please supply code in the message box on the Schedule Your Kitty Visit House Call form)

I would like to hire you, What do I need to do?

If you would like to hire me and it is your 1st visit,  Please schedule a FREE INTRODUCTION (*required), then fill out out the Welcome, Registration form so I have all the important information to ensure your cat(s) will receive the best care I provide to all my clients
